Our Refund Process

Refund and Cancellation

This policy covers the process for requesting refunds, including the timeframe for submission and the method of refund processing... All payments made by company to Buzzonic Ventures Private Limited. shall be acknowledged with the issuance of a payment receipt. To substantiate proof of payment, if required, an original hard copy of the receipt must be provided. All invoices issued shall incorporate applicable taxes. For payments made in installments or through a financial partner, only a payment receipt shall be provided initially. Upon receipt of the full and final payment amount, the corresponding invoice shall be generated.

There shall be a maximum time-period of 30 days from the date of payment made towards the company whereby an customer may request for the refund from the day of payment made request for the refund within the applicable refund timeline as referred above, Payment shall be refunded after deducting applicable registration or service charges as deems fit necessary by Buzzonic Ventures Private Limited.

The Parties hereby agree that they intend to discharge their obligations in the utmost good faith. They, therefore, agree that they will, always, act in good faith and make all attempts to resolve all differences howsoever arising out of or in connection with this Agreement by Mutual Discussion.
